Food Truck Round Up will be held every 1st & 3rd Thursday of each month beginning March 5th, at Veteran's Park, 3324 S. Dixie Hwy, Horse Cave. There is limited seating - feel free to bring a blanket or chair. A mobile feast for the whole family. March 6th, 2026

The Whisnants Homecoming 2026 is set for Friday & Saturday, March 6th & 7th, at Mt. Home Baptist Church in Morgantown, North Carolina. Artist will include: The Inspirations, Mark Trammell Quartet, Karen Peck & New River, the Whisnants, Greater Vision, Mylon Hayes Family, Jime & Melissa Brady, Jeff & Sheri Easter & the Erwins. The event begins at 6:45 p.m. for Friday & 1:00 p.m. Saturday with an evening service also at 6:45 p.m. The address is 2272 Mt. Home Church Road, Morgantown, NC. Animal Rescue Kare (ARK) is hosting a Dawgy Dash 5K Run/Walk: "Let the Fur Fly", Saturday, April 11th, at Munfordville School. Join the fun by creating a team at runsignup.com/dawgydash. Cupid's Cafe will be held Saturday, March 7th, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Wisdom Faith Christian Academy. The meal will include: lasagna-spaghetti, salad bar, homemade desserts, bread and drink and the price is donation. The church is located at 367 Knob Lick-Wisdom Road. Johnathan Bond, from Chattanooga, TN, will sing at Faith Independent Church Sunday, March 8th, at 11:00 a.m. The church is located at 230 Boyd's Knob Road, Munfordville. The pastor is Bro. Joey Sexton.

Bro. Brandon Bow will preach at Lighthouse Church Sunday morning, March 8th, at 10:00 a.m. Bro. Bobby Neal is the pastor and the church is located at 680 Old Glasgow Road (#1846) in Horse Cave.

March 14th, 2026

The Kentucky Southern Gospel Music Singing Convention will host a gospel singing at the Rock Church in Campbellsville on Saturday, March 14th, at 4:00 p.m. central time. Everyone is invited.

 

UCW Caverna Supershow 26 will be held at Caverna High School Gym Saturday, March 14th, with bell time at 6:30 p.m. This is a Caverna Athletic Department Fundraiser featuring Hillbilly Jim & the Godwinns. March 21st, 2026

Cave City Community Easter Egg Hunt will be held Saturday, March 21st, at 1:00 p.m. at Cave Area Conference Center. Age groups will be: 3 years & under, 4 thru 7 years, 8 thru 15 years, 16 thru 20 years, 21 thru 54 years and 55 years and up. There will be three grand prize eggs per age group. Photos may be taken with the Easter Bunny.

The Hart County 4-H Annual Radio Auction on WLOC is now set. It's a great opportunity to grab great deals on everything from retailer gift certificates and merchandise to homemade baked goods... Hart County Senior Center is open Monday thru Friday from 8am until Noon and offers daily meals, activities, exercise equipment use and other great services like informational programs on current issues affecting seniors. For more information and to take advantage of these free community services, call 270-524-1019. The senior center is closed on Holidays.

Bookmobile service from the Hart County Public Library continues expanding! The service is open to any resident of the county and is especially helpful to those with a busy schedule or has trouble getting out. Call 270-524-1953 to request service or ask questions.
