Cave City Christian Church will hosts Vacation Bible School Monday, July 13th, through Wednesday, July 15th, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. nightly. The theme is Tropical Trek - Jesus Comes to Seek and Save and the age groups are K-5th grade and SNOW Class (special needs). The location is 300 Broadway St, Cave City. Vacation Bible School will be held at Immanuel Ministry Church Wednesday, July 15th, through Friday, July 17th, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. & Saturday, July 18th, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The theme is Reaping and Sowing. Children will participate in lesson time, crafts, music and games. Dinner will be provided each night. Saturday will include a noon meal with water slides, so please bring extra clothes and a towel. Cram the Cruiser school supply drive for Caverna Family Resource Center will be held Friday, July 17th, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Cave City Dollar General on Happy Valley St. and Horse Cave Family Dollar on East Main St.

The 24th Annual Singing Down on the Farm will be held Saturday, July 18th, at 6:00 p.m. with the Singing Cooke's, along with the Joyful Echoes & Brayden Vibbert. The location is 1630 Leslie Road, Burkesville and admission is free. Concessions will be available and bring your lawn chairs.

Vacation Bible School will be held at Leitchfield Crossing Baptist Church Monday, July 20th, & Tuesday, July 21st, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. & Wednesday, July 22nd, at 6:00 p.m. For more information, call Bro. Jeremy at 270-670-7423.
Vacation Bible School is being held at Lonoke Baptist Church Monday, July 20th, through Friday, July 24th, 6:00 p.m. til 8:30 p.m. Classes are for four years & under through 13 & up. The theme is "Emerald Crossing" and there will be Bible lessons about King David and God's word, along with music, crafts, recreation and refreshments. The pastor is Blake Durrett.

Army of God Vacation Bible School is being held Thursday & Friday, July 23rd & 24th. The hours are 6:00 p.m. til 8:00 p.m. The location is 90 Whickerville Road, Hardyville and a meal will be provided both nights. Funday will be held Saturday, July 25th, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Creekside Church will be giving away over 300 pair of new name-brand tennis shoes, Saturday, August 1st, at the church pavilion from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. There are kids and adult sizes. Each person receiving shoes must pick up in person. There will also by free haircuts that day.

Tickets are now on sale for Rock 4 Steve, a benefit in support of Steve Jewell Sr. and his battle against cancer. The event will be held at Cave Area Conference Center with a free car show and live auction at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 29th. There will be food trucks available throughout the day. The benefit concert will begin at 5:00 p.m. with $25 admission, featuring multiple South Central Kentucky artists including: Steve's band mates in Nightfall & headlined with a very special acoustic performance by Black Stone Cherry. All proceeds will go toward medical expenses and cost of living. Tickets may be purchased online.

Hart County Senior Center is open Monday thru Friday from 8am until Noon and
offers daily meals, activities, exercise equipment use and other great
services like informational programs on current issues affecting seniors.

Bookmobile service from the Hart County Public Library continues expanding!
The service is open to any resident of the county and is especially helpful
to those with a busy schedule or has trouble getting out. Call 270-524-1953
