May 18th, 2022


A Youth Summer Kickoff will be held at Faith Independent Church Wednesday, May 18th, at 6:00 p.m. There will be pizza for the kids, games and lots of fun. The church is located at 230 Boyd's Knob Road, Munfordville. All youth are encouraged to attend. The pastor is Bro. Joey Sexton.



May 19th, 2022


A public meeting of the City of Cave City Cemetery will be held at Cave City Beegie Adair Building at 105 Duke St, Cave City, will be held Thursday, May 19th, at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of obtaining citizen's comments and sharing goals for the Cave City Cemetery.



May 20th, 2022


The Abundance of the Hart Food Bank will be distributing food outside the gymnasium of the Munfordville Baptist Church for those who qualify on Friday, May 20th from 10:30am CST to 2:00 p.m. or until the food is gone; whichever comes first. Recipients must meet the requirements set forth by the Feeding America's Income guidelines.



May 21st, 2022


Gospel singing will be held Saturday, May 21st, at 5:00 p.m. at the WLOC parking lot, 31-W Horse Cave. There will be food available and various groups will be singing. There's no admission. Bring your lawn chairs.



May 22nd, 2022


Gospel Cavaliers will sing at Eastside Baptist Church at 2027 Reid's Chapel Road, Campbellsville, Hwy 1799, on Sunday, May 22nd, at 6:00 p.m. Bro. John Batcher is the pastor. For more information, call Robert Batcher at 270-469-5656.


May 23rd, 2022

Revival will begin Monday, May 23rd and last until Saturday May 28th at the Whickerville Baptist Church located at 90 Whickerville Road, Hardyville. Start time is 6:30 p.m. CST each night.

Faith Independent Church will have a Summer Block Party on Saturday, May 28th, at 4pm. There will be lots of fellowship, food, games and a bouncy house for the kids.  The church is located at 230 Boyd’s Knob Road, Munfordville, KY.  Everyone is invited to attend.  Pastor, Bro. Joey Sexton.

2nd Annual Dog Pound Cruise to benefit Carsyn's Carnival & Cruise 'N, will be held Saturday, May 28th, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Cave City Convention Center. The event features Street Outlaws from Discovery Channel, Power Wheel Parade, face painting, balloon animals, carnival games for all ages of children. Food trucks will be there and all proceeds go to The Smile At Me Foundation in memory of Carsyn Drew Tucker.

May 30th - June 3rd

Rowletts Baptist Church will be hosting Vacation Bible School Monday, May 30th - Friday, June 3rd from 6:00 until 8:30 each night. There will be classes for children of all ages. Everyone is invited to attend. Bro. Scott Coats is the pastor.

There will be a special called Caverna High School Decision Based Council Meeting (SBDM) Tuesday, May 31st, in the high school library at 5:00 p.m.

June 1st, 2022

A Community Farewell Reception for Superintendent Cornelius Faulkner will be held Wednesday, June 1st, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Caverna High School Library.



June 18th, 2022

Free Bethel General Baptist CHURCH  Will have a singing June 18th at 6:00. We're Blessed will be singing Everyone is invited for some good gospel singing. The Church is located at 10th and Broadway in Cave City. Bro. Donald Appleby is the pastor.
