Creekside Church is hosting a 250th celebration of our nation Saturday, July 4th, from noon to 6 p.m. There will be a waterslide, cookout and outdoor singing.

Vacation Bible School will be held at the Shepherds House Church July 8th thru 11th at 6:00 p.m. nightly. The theme is Jesus is the Light of the World and all ages are welcome including adults. The location is 7464 Edmonton Road, Glasgow. For more information, call 270-678-9796.

Triumphant Quartet from Sevierville, TN, will be in concert Friday, July 10th, at Southside Baptist Church, 2727 Scottsville Road, Glasgow. The concert will begin at 7:00 p.m. There is no admission and a love offering will be taken. For more information, call 270-670-5144.

Pleasant Valley Baptist Church will be having a one-day Vacation Bible School Saturday, July 11th, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with classes from Preschool - 8th grade.
Hart County Family Resource & Youth Service Center will be hosting Cram the Cruiser Saturday, July 11th, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Dollar General beside the high school. Come support Hart County students.

Cram the Cruiser school supply drive for Caverna Family Resource Center will be held Friday, July 17th, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Cave City Dollar General on Happy Valley St. and Horse Cave Family Dollar on East Main St.

The 24th Annual Singing Down on the Farm will be held Saturday, July 18th, at 6:00 p.m. with the Singing Cooke's. The location is 1630 Leslie Road, Burkesville and admission is free. Concessions will be available and bring your lawn chairs.

Vacation Bible School will be held at Leitchfield Crossing Baptist Church Monday, July 20th, & Tuesday, July 21st, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. & Wednesday, July 22nd, at 6:00 p.m. For more information, call Bro. Jeremy at 270-670-7423.
August 1st, 2026
Creekside Church will be giving away over 300 pair of new name-brand tennis shoes, Saturday, August 1st, at the church pavilion from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. There are kids and adult sizes. Each person receiving shoes must pick up in person. There will also by free haircuts that day.

Hart County Senior Center is open Monday thru Friday from 8am until Noon and
offers daily meals, activities, exercise equipment use and other great
services like informational programs on current issues affecting seniors.

call 270-524-1019. The senior center is closed on Holidays.
Bookmobile service from the Hart County Public Library continues expanding!
The service is open to any resident of the county and is especially helpful
to those with a busy schedule or has trouble getting out. Call 270-524-1953
