The Singing Cookes are celebration 63 years of singing gospel music. They will be at 11030 Raider Hollow Road Friday, May 16th, at 6:30 p.m. Concession stand will be available and there will be seating inside, but you may bring a lawn chair if you wish to sit outside. All proceeds will go to the Cooke Family. For more information, call 270-537-5085.

WLOC Outside Gospel Singing will be held Saturday, May 17th, at 2:00 p.m. in the WLOC parking lot in Horse Cave. Eight gospel groups will be featured. Bring your lawn chairs. There will be concessions by Big M Concessions. A free will offering will be taken for Clothes for Kids, which serves Hart County and Caverna Schools.

Community Revival will begin Sunday, May 18th, at 6:00 p.m. at Metcalfe County Fairgrounds (Big Barn). Seating will be provided or you may bring a chair and restrooms will be on site. There will be different preachers each night. For more information, call 270-590-9486 or 270-670-2560.

Tuesday Revival night at the Lighthouse Church, Tuesday May 20th @ 6:00 pm. Brother Eugene Johnson from Glasgow will be preaching. Brother Bobby Neal invites everyone to attend.
Memorial Day sing will be held at Magnolia Barn Saturday, May 24th, at 4834 S Jackson Hwy, Horse Cave, Ky. at 6:00 pm. Featured singers include: Crimson Chord from Louisville, We’re Blessed of Horse Cave and The Sextons, from Hardyville. For more information, call Tim at 270-537-4550. There is no admission.

Family Photo Day will be held at Horse Cave Christian Church Saturday, May 31st. The address is 105 Guthrie Street, Horse Cave, behind German American Bank, and the hours are 10 am to 12 noon. Middle School and High School age kids will be at Salem Baptist Church for Youth Serve 309, Sunday evening, June 1st, through Wednesday, June 4th. Please join us for a week of serving the community with service projects and joining together each night for worship. The church is located at 90 Salem Church Road, Cave City.

Vacation Bible School will be held at Salem Baptist Church in
Cave City Sunday, July 6th, through Thursday, July 10th, at 5:30 p.m. nightly.
The week begins with fireworks and a cookout event Sunday evening and Bible

Hart County Senior Center is open Monday thru Friday from 8am until Noon and
offers daily meals, activities, exercise equipment use and other great services
like informational programs on current issues affecting seniors. For more
information and to take advantage of these free community services, call
270-524-1019. The senior center is closed on Holidays.
Bookmobile service from the Hart County Public Library continues expanding! The
service is open to any resident of the county and is especially helpful to those
with a busy schedule or has trouble getting out. Call 270-524-1953 to request
service or ask questions. You can also visit hartcountypubliclibrary.us for more
information.
Hardyville Union Church Community Cupboard is open 24/7 for donations and
distribution. The exchange dropbox is located in front of the church on US 31E
in Hardyville and is open for everyone. Leave what you can and take what you
need. Anyone wishing to donate should leave canned and pre-packaged foods that
are store-bought only.
Anyone diagnosed with type-two diabetes and obesity is welcome to see if they
are eligible for assistance through participation in the University of
Kentucky’s Rural Diabetes Study. A personalized plan with a nutritionist, home
check-ins and educational resources are available to those who qualify. To learn
