Revival will be held at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church at 6070 Lonoke Road, Horse Cave Sunday, October 11th, through Wednesday, October 14th, at 6:00 p.m. nightly. The evangelist will be Bro. David Robbins and the pastor is Bro. Robby Ward.

Munfordville First United Methodist Church is hosting their Wednesday night community dinner on October 14th. The menu features country fried chicken breast, mashed potatoes, green beans, biscuits, gravy, drink and dessert. The cost is $8 per person (6 and under eat free). Carry out is available and deliveries can be made for shut-ins within a limited delivery area. The meal is a continuing fundraiser for the church and a community fellowship opportunity. Creekside Church will host a Men’s Conference on Saturday, October 17th, at 10:00 a.m. The theme of the conference is “Stand Firm. Lead Boldly. Live on Mission.” with a focus on faith, brotherhood, courage, and purpose. A meal will follow the service, and all men are welcome. Creekside Church is located at 7231 North Dixie Highway in Bonnieville, Kentucky.
Wisdom Faith Christian Academy Fish Fry & Festival will be held Saturday, October 17th, beginning at 5:00 p.m. The meal includes all-you-can-eat fish, 2 sides (fries, slaw or baked beans), beverage and dessert. The cost for adults is $12, kids is $7 and children 2 and under are free. There will be a silent auction at 6:00 p.m. and a live auction at 7:00 p.m. WFCA Praise Team Performance starts at 6:30 p.m. For more information, call 270-774-2109.

Bro. Dewayne Forbis and We're Blessed will be singing and preaching at Lighthouse Church in Horse Cave Sunday morning, October 25th, at 10:00 a.m. The church is located at 680 Old Glasgow Rd (1846). The pastor is Bro. Bobby Neal.

The Hart County Veteran's Committee invites you to their BBQ Cook Off on Saturday (November 7th) at the veteran's grounds near Rowletts. BBQ trucks can enter for a $100 fee and sell to the public. Voting will take place from 10am-2pm with winners announced at 2:30pm. Awards will be given for Best BBQ, Best Sauce and Best Sides. Toys For Tots Gospel Music Benefit will be held Saturday, November 28th, at 209 Bunch Avenue, Glasgow. Singing will begin at 3:00 p.m. with the Turner Family, the Burden Family, We're Blessed & Crossing Over Jordan. The price of a toy is the admission fee and monetary donations are accepted. offers daily meals, activities, exercise equipment use and other great
services like informational programs on current issues affecting seniors.

Bookmobile service from the Hart County Public Library continues expanding!
The service is open to any resident of the county and is especially helpful
