Due to replacing ties and repaving, the Broadway RR Crossing in Cave City will be closed Monday, November 28th, for four days. CSX has a production team coming in the area Monday and scheduled work will be Monday through Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. They will be closing down roads so they can fix the track and replace ties. These will be out for about 1-4 days if they get them done before they will open them up. No traffic will be able to cross the tracks during the work. Those roads that will be closed during this period are: Cedar Cliff Church Rd., Guthrie St., W. Main St., McFerran St. and Bluegrass Ave.
Medical Center will be bringing "Make the Season Bright" tree lighting tradition to the Medical Center at Caverna. This event will take place Monday, November 28th, at 5:30 p.m., on the campus. Cocoa and cookies will be served following the tree lighting.
December 3rd, 2022
Breakfast with Santa will be held Saturday, December 3rd, at Hiseville Volunteer Fire Department from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The meal will be pancakes, sausage, gravy & biscuits and chocolate gravy. Pictures may be taken with Santa from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Donations will be accepted for the breakfast.
Mt Hermon Community Center dance will be held Saturday, December 3rd, featuring Country Strong. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. For more information, call 270-427-8400.

Kentucky Sounds (Old Time Gospel) will be singing Sunday night, December 4th, at 6:00 p.m. at Glasgow Faith Church, 3050 Old Bowling Green Road, Glasgow. The pastor is Bro. Roger Poynter.

Horse Cave Baptist Church Choir presents The Greatest Story Ever Told, Sunday, December 11th, at 6:00 p.m. The church is located at 301 East Main Street, Horse Cave.
The Hart County Community Chorus will be offering their free annual Christmas concert at 3:00 p.m. CST on Sunday, December 11th, at the Horse Cave United Methodist Church, at 202 Edwards Avenue.

There will be a Caverna High School Decision Based Council Meeting (SBDM) on December 12th, in the high school library at 3:30 p.m.
