Mt. Olivet Baptist Church will be having a Friends and Family Fish Fry Sunday, May 30th. Fish and all the fixin’s will be provided. Come early for fellowship and fun. The meal will be served at 6:00 p.m. The church is located at 2800 Cub Run Highway, Munfordville.
The Singing Cookes are celebrating 64 years of singing. They will sing at 11030 Raider Hollow Road, Upton, Sunday, May 30th, at 6:00 p.m. Seats will be available inside but bring your lawn chair if you wish to sit outside. 26th Annual Ky Southern Gospel Music Singing Convention
will be held Friday, June 19th, beginning at 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, June
20th, at 3:00 p.m. at Cave Area Conference Center.
A special worship service will be held Saturday at noon.
Over 50 groups will be singing during
these two nights. Admission is free for the entire family.
July 4th, 2026
Creekside Church is hosting a 250th celebration of our nation Saturday, July 4th, from noon to 6 p.m. There will be a waterslide, cookout and outdoor singing.
August 1st, 2026
Creekside Church will be giving away over 300 pair of new name-brand tennis shoes, Saturday, August 1st, at the church pavilion from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. There are kids and adult sizes. Each person receiving shoes must pick up in person. There will also by free haircuts that day.

Hart County Senior Center is open Monday thru Friday from 8am until Noon and
offers daily meals, activities, exercise equipment use and other great
services like informational programs on current issues affecting seniors.

Bookmobile service from the Hart County Public Library continues expanding!
The service is open to any resident of the county and is especially helpful
to those with a busy schedule or has trouble getting out. Call 270-524-1953
