Munfordville First United Methodist Church is hosting their Community Thanksgiving Meal on Wednesday, November 19th, from 6-7pm. A $10 donation is requested for ages seven and up. The meal will feature turkey and dressing, gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, a roll and a drink, along with assorted pies for dessert. Carry out will be available. The meal is part continued building fundraising efforts and a time of community fellowship.

WLOC is getting ready for the Annual Nursing Home Visit and monetary donations are now being accepted. Hart County Senior Center is open Monday thru Friday from 8am until Noon and offers daily meals, activities, exercise equipment use and other great services like informational programs on current issues affecting seniors. Bookmobile service from the Hart County Public Library continues expanding! The service is open to any resident of the county and is especially helpful to those with a busy schedule or has trouble getting out. Call 270-524-1953 to request service or ask questions.
